POTUS has an open offer for up to 9 hours a week addressing Limbaugh's radio audience of some 15 million listeners. He can reach more of the country through Rush than he can through the combined drive-by media. Suppose he took two hours through the week to address the nation and used a third hour to respond to questions and calls?
