I found something very odd on 3.5 ham band on 7.19700 LSB
two guys talking in numbers and letter code with no words recognizable Ie 359 Alfa November and 345 Papa victor and it seems to repeat but i can't catch it all
could just be call signs but not really saying anything else
059 alpha pappa victor
is one phrase I am catching
059 alpha november
one is reading it off and the other is just repeating the codes.

well i guess no one knows but it is live and not a computer repeat and the codes do change a little.

K thanks I am just tuning in and listening - and studying - just got the Yaesu 991A and learning - not even hooking up mike until I get my ticket.
Got the ARRL books - read through Technician License Manual next the Antenna box set and then reread the tech and test.
