On April 16, POTUS honored truckers for their vast contributions, however..is there something moar here: On March 18, North Carolina sheriff's office apprehended a stolen 18 wheeler with 18000 pounds of toilet paper and other paper products, (during the big run on toilet paper) almost a month to the day POTUS is honoring truckers with Keys..of which 6 were handed out. Message…Who holds the keys?

looks like a division of highway patrol.

Covers one state, in addition why has this ring of thieves never been held accountable, caught, or shut down..This should not be minimized..this is nationwide. Seems to have many different Units working on this with little to no effect. This would suggest this has been going on under the cloak of an agency or many agencies.
