My first association was 'noble gases' like argon and xenon.
The reason is that if you look at the field of Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy, which in some ways has been a cousin of the UV light therapy POTUS has mentioned recently, the noble gases like argon and xenon are often used in such PEMF systems.
PEMF therapy is useful for tissue regeneration, pain relief, cancer treatment, and lots of other things.
