It's moar than passively interesting to note that at the beginning of the media hysteria and before the media all fell in line, there was a doctor on Fox News (night time lineup), who made the statement that there was no evidence of all the reported deaths and that he didn't know where they were coming from because they real numbers did not look any different than what the normal flue would be.
He closed by saying that he expected it would ultimately pan out just like the Swine Flue Epidemic in '76 where they were reporting 3000 deaths per day, but in the end after the number of deaths were researched, confirmed, and adjusted it was something like .013 percent. Wish I knew exactly that was, I would love to be able to produce the clip.
