The way she speaks is in MHO not drunk nor dementia. I've seen situations in bars where people have felt threatened by bikers, and the extreme anxiety they felt caused them to speak in exactly the same way as Nan.

She is peeing her Depends, knows that she's not going to spend the rest of her Golden Years eating ice cream with her grandkids.

I should add that I've seen other clips of her where she DID sound a bit drunk, but if you contrast and compare, you will be able to hear the difference. In those, she's mumbling, slurring her words, but not stuttering.

As to your thesis, boiled down, what I think you're saying is that black hats might transport a uranium nuke to some port in the USA and detonate it.

The US Mil has the capability to detect nuclear material in ships from aerial surveillance such as a P3 Orion, and planefags see a lot of Orion activity off the left coast, and some off the East coast.

I'm not sure what us anons can do that is better at it than the Navy, but it is a good thing to keep in mind, do what we can to help Q+.

I don't ever remember seeing any evidence where the U1 went to exactly. People just assumed it went to NK, mebbe Q knows, but it's not public knowledge. Could have gone to Afcrapistan or Yemen as far as we know, and the CCP gave NK the uranium for their weapons.

I think it'd be an interesting dig, even just for historical purposes, find out the route of the U1 from wherever in the US to it's endpoint.
