This is that file. Not the one who found it but I checked on it and downloaded this file.
The 17 Mar 2020 (st Pat's day) edition of NY POST was placed where the current edition should have been.
I looked at plain text but (not rendered) but don't know how to read straight PDF and didn't really dive in.
I did run it through the program qpdf and that seemed to make it more readable. But this is the original.
