Spent quite a bit of time in Palo Alto with my teen who was considering going to Stanford as an athletic recruit. The kids in her age group had ZERO screen/tech time. We had enrolled her in a Waldorf school with alot of tech kids and Waldorf is all about mind-hand coordination, art etc for brain development. No tech.

I have no problem with the D's proposed $2k/mth temporary UBI for everyone over 18 making less than $150K/year for a married couple as a way of reversing the deliberate hollowing out and wealth transfer from the working middle class to the upper echelons.

These "tech titans" that everyone is so enthralled with - they are all corrupted and it will come out that their "wealth" came from being gifted with technology that DARPA created with our money. It SHOULD be distributed back to the middle and working classes. The amount of fraud and theft that has been stolen from the people who are the actual producers is breathtaking.

Just do some basic research into "Harvard MIT brain chipping" and the Singularity University on board Moffet Airfield.

As a side note, when I went on board Moffet in 2012 to shop at their commissary, I couldn't find a native English speaker to give me directions on post. The first half dozen people I encountered were "blue badge" holders (ie TS/SCI cleared) and were Chinese nationals who didn't feel their English was strong enough to communicate with me.

They all need to go.
