>what's needed for baking class?

Sounds like you have what you need; baker tools add-on not req'd but it's fine. If you're the type who likes to look at stuff beforehand, you can check out the dough.

But there's no need. In additional to main teacher, there are other bakers there to answer q's or check bakes. Teacher serves refreshments, it's fun.

>you could just bake

True. but the reason we started the classes is that as of Feb 2020, we had not had any new daily bakers since June 2019, despite repeated pleas for reinforcements. Since Feb, we not only have new bakers but old bakers returning, in part bc the baking thread - which is used all week long betw classes - allows bakers to talk about bakin' stuff and gives new bakers a place to ask q's between classes.

This anon went to the park yesterday. Which was open - sort of. No parking nearby, had to talk a long ways to get in. Then frenly signs telling park users to stay apart and to "keep moving." Why? I spose bc the parks are just for exercise.

Sat down on a bench for a while. Told by park staffer on a bike that i shouldn't sit on the park bench too long. By myself. Nobody nearby. He's supposed to categorize people as compliant, semi-compliant and non-compliant. Told him to put me down as non-compliant. He was dismayed, started talking about how we need to comply to keep the parks open for peopleโ€ฆ..
