Why would Don Jr. drop that "Trump Tower PDJT Taco Salad" pic AGAIN ~ with the drawer OPEN and showing the "Sudafed" ?

Watching 3 years of PDJT arrange the glasses & papers in front of him ~ we know he's a perfectionist…

I do not believe PDJT would leave that drawer open by Accident …
