Can a "witness" hold a position of power/influence while ongoing?
So my thoughts go to Flynn and/or Mueller as the "witness". Acting in positions of power while also witnesseses. Obviously in this flow from Q it points towards Flynn, but Flynn could also just be under the umbrella of this persons (Mueller) position. Hope that makes sense. Thoughts?
