While you look is it possible to check to see if they fly over hospitals with visible smoke trails.
I'm convinced if chem trails are true then are they reversing things and spraying cures to protect key workers ?
It could have been me as ive posted this theory a few times with ought much reaction.
The other aspect is these flyovers are at much lower altitudes and would be so much more effective in inoculating or getting the substances into more people.

Inoculation via aerial methods is a proven thing. It is possible to atomize Hydroxychloroquine and mass inoculate the public.

Further notes in that study that they discussed multiple ways of administering such vaccine including High Altitude Release and Water Supply Release.
Thus it's entirely possible to use their methods to mass inocculate the population with Hydroxychloroquine either by way of High Altitude Release or Aerial Spraying or into the Water Supply.
