Masons pay homage to the line of Cain. They are all about degeneracy and debauchery. The lower level Masons are generally unaware, but you become a higher level Mason by showing you approve of the degeneracy and debauchery and you can keep quiet about it.
Shriners are 32nd degree Masons who have been asked to join. Royal Order of Jesters are Shriners who are asked to join. This is where it gets really evil.
They structure it this way to avoid getting caught. It is basically a criminal organization structured to hide the crimes of select members.
