Exactly my thought. After all, a lot of vegans give their children breast milk and don't see anything wrong with it. Humans don't qualify as animals in their heads (and as far as I know neither do they in the food production regulations). Per sé, there is no law that prohibits eating humans because it is thought of as self-explanatory since the acquisition (if not consumption) of such meat would be illegal in probably every single case.
