This shit is reminding me of an old Bugs Bunny cartoon from WW2. Bugs is tapping on the top of shells with a hammer, shell does nothing, Bugs writes DUD on it and belt moves on. Revealed last night that WATKINS was in an article run by The Guardian about claims from a group called Reprieve that claims WATKINS and some other US ships are secretly carrying prisoners.
