Looking like Obama removing the Russian diplomats was just a trap to get to Flynn. Obama knew Flynn would have to address the situation with the Russians.
My guess is the Obama crew had falsified call transcripts. That's how they hooked Pence. Pence, McGahn, and someone else whose name I forgot, got to see the FBI's copy of the call transcript. That when all the shit started about Flynn lying to Pence. Would make sense if Pence saw a falsified transcript. Cabal tried the same MO on the Ukraine call, most likely, but POTUS knew the game by then.
Big sticking point in the Flynn trial was that the court never got the copy of the call transcript the DOJ had.
WRT Yates, maybe she's a "talker", can't keep a secret, so the cabal didn't tell her. When she found out she had to go with the cover up to save her own ass.
TL;DR Obama threw out the Russian diplomats to set the ball rolling for a Flynn engagement with Russia. All those call transcripts were falsified. ODNI has the real call transcripts, so DOJ can't risk releasing the ones they cahrged Gen Flynn on.
