France: Far-Left Antifa Extremists Possible Suspects in Mass Sabotage of Internet Infrastructure

An act of deliberate sabotage that knocked out the internet for 50,000 people this week in the Ile-de-France region may be connected to a series of vandalism acts believed to be linked to far-left Antifa extremists.

According to investigations conducted by the Departmental Judicial Police Service (SDPJ) of Val-de-Marne, the incident which led to customers becoming disconnected from the internet in the region was deliberate.

A police source close to the investigation told Le Parisien that the damage could cost as much as an estimated one million euros. While an unnamed internet company head told the newspaper the scale of the sabotage was “unheard of in 20 years”.

The sabotage involved the cutting of telephone and communications cables and is just the latest act of sabotage across France in the last month.

A leaked note from the Central Territorial Intelligence Service (SCRT) claimed that there had been as many as 20 acts of sabotage in recent weeks, all of them targetting communications infrastructure.

“These individuals have forced open the street signs that protect underground fibre optic networks. They then cut the big cables and took the time to cut everything into smaller pieces to delay repairs that could take weeks,” a source told Le Parisien.

Orange, the internet and mobile network most affected by the sabotage, confirmed four separate areas where acts of sabotage occurred. While an industry expert told the newspaper at least 20 sites were sabotaged, stating that many of the locations are confidential.

WHO: Under-4s Should Learn About ‘Early Childhood Masturbation’, ‘Explore Gender Identities’

The Christian Institute has slammed World Health Organization (WHO) sexuality education guidance recommending that children under four should receive information about masturbation and their “right to explore gender identities”.

The WHO Regional Office for Europe and Federal Centre for Health Education (BZgA) document, titled ‘Standards for Sexuality Education in Europe’, contains a “Sexuality education matrix” recommending that, among other thing, children aged 0-4 should be given information about “enjoyment and pleasure when touching one’s own body, early childhood masturbation” and “the right to explore gender

identities”.

The matrix further recommends that children aged 4-6 should be given information about “same-sex relationships” and the “skills” to “consolidate their gender identity”; that children aged 6-9 should be given information about “the positive influence of sexuality on health and wellbeing”; and children aged 9-12 given information about “first sexual experience” and “gender orientation” as well as the “skills” to “Enable children to… make a conscious decision to have sexual experiences or not”.

Commenting on the UN agency’s guidance, the Christian Institute remarked that it had “repeatedly warned that children should not be exposed to material which sexualises them.”

The non-denominational Christian charity claimed that it had forced Warwickshire County Council in England to withdraw an ‘All About Me’ sex and relationships education programme, rolled out in some 200 primary schools, in March, because it “encouraged masturbation and included ‘gratuitously graphic’ sexual images yet made no reference to marriage”.

The Institute further alleged that the programme “encouraged schools not to inform parents if their children would be sharing overnight accommodation with pupils of the opposite sex” and to “conceal a child’s transgender status from their own parents”.

“The highly explicit imagery and one-sided ideology of ‘All About Me’ has no place in Primary Relationships Education,” commented John Denning, the Christian Institute’s Education Officer.

“[Relationships and Sex Education] must be balanced, objective and critical, not pushing particular controversial views such as transgender ideology,” he added.

US wants Saudi oil production cut to ensure stable prices

The Trump Administration has been annoyed at Saudi Arabia’s inability to stabilize oil prices at a level high enough to ensure US producers a profit, and in a move that appears to be retaliation based on those tensions, the US is starting to pull military assets out of Saudi Arabia.

Officials announced on Thursday that the US will be withdrawing two Patriot missile batteries, along with a number of warplanes from the Saudi desert, along with other air defenses. The assets were placed in the area in recent months to “counter Iran.”

The US buildup in Saudi Arabia began after a Yemeni missile hit oil-producing regions. Saudis blamed Iran, and the US sent forces there to “deter” them. US-Iran tensions over Iraq ultimately led to more deployments into the area.

Putting troops there appears to have given the US the leverage to pull troops out of there, and with Saudi efforts to try to get oil prices back up largely unsuccessful, the US appears to have decided that this will coax them into action.

As a security matter, this is unlikely to matter, as there was no indication that Iran or anyone else was really liable to attack the Saudis. This should also mean no real added security premium on the price of oil, though since the US goal is a price increase, any increase from the pullout would be welcomed.

Supreme Court grants Trump request to temporarily shield Mueller grand jury materials

The Supreme Court on Friday granted a Trump administration request to temporarily shield redacted grand jury materials related to former special counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia probe from the Democratic-led House.

The order, signed by Chief Justice John Roberts, halts the disclosure of secret grand jury transcripts and exhibits that Democratic lawmakers had initially requested as part of the House impeachment inquiry into President Trump.

The move pushes back a lower court’s disclosure order on the materials, which was set to take effect Monday, while the justices consider the administration’s request for a longer delay.

Roberts gave the Democratic-led House Judiciary Committee until May 18 to file its response.

The administration has said it plans to formally appeal a lower court ruling that granted Democrats access to secret grand jury materials stemming from Mueller's 22-month investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election.

Democrats say the additional information would provide a more complete picture of Mueller’s findings related to Trump’s alleged obstruction of the special counsel, as well as his 2016 campaign’s interactions with Russian government officials.

The Department of Justice, on behalf of the White House, told the justices in a stay request Thursday that breaching grand jury secrecy would have a chilling effect on future witnesses.

San Francisco provides free marijuana and alcohol to homeless

San Francisco is supplying free drugs and alcohol to homeless people who are staying at city-leased hotels. The San Francisco Department of Public Health defended the city providing free alcohol, marijuana, and cigarettes to the homeless by saying it is necessary to prevent people from breaking quarantine during the coronavirus outbreak.

On Wednesday, San Francisco health officials confirmed that the California city was supplying homeless people with free alcohol, marijuana, tobacco, and methadone to prevent them from going outside to get the substances themselves.

"They're doing San Francisco a great service by staying inside," Jenna Lane, a spokeswoman for the city's Department of Health, told the San Francisco Chronicle. "We're saying, 'we're doing what we can to support you staying inside and not have to go out and get these things.'"

Thomas Wolf, a former homeless drug addict turned advocate, is concerned that the city is enabling drug abusers.

"I just found out that homeless placed in hotels in SF are being delivered Alcohol, Weed and Methadone because they identified as an addict/alcoholic for FREE," Wolf tweeted. "You're supposed to be offering treatment. This is enabling and is wrong on many levels."

Israeli charged with stoning Palestinian mother to death allowed back to West Bank settlement

An Israeli court district has allowed a young Israeli settler, suspected of killing a Palestinian mother of eight in her car in 2018, to go back to the settlement, Israeli media reported on Sunday.

The 47-year-old Palestinian, Aisha Mohammed Rabi, died of injuries sustained after Israeli settlers threw stones at her car at a checkpoint near Nablus in the northern West Bank, also injuring her husband.

While there were multiple suspects in the case, all suspects were later released, with the exception of the unnamed minor, who was indicted for manslaughter after traces of his DNA were found on the stone, according to Haaretz.

The indicted adolescent, who can't be publicly named under Israeli law, was released on house arrest in his grandparents' home.

Despite objections by state prosecutors, the suspect will be allowed to return to the West Bank settlement he lives in. According to Haaretz, prosecutors feared the suspect's potential "link up with extremist elements".

Although Israeli law allows for the jailing of minors convicted of serious crimes, including manslaughter, the law is used discriminately to jail Palestinian children, while Israelis are allowed to walk free – even if they pose a threat to innocent Palestinians.

In 2018, shortly after Rabi's death, Israel suspended the work permits of her husband and brothers, barring them from entering Israeli territories for work, according to Israeli media reports quoted at the time by the official Palestinian news agency WAFA.

DARPA's next robot warship looks suspiciously like an Imperial Star Destroyer

As if you needed more proof that the U.S. military is absolutely a part of the Galactic Empire and not the Rebel Alliance: the Pentagon is eyeing a new robot warship that looks like something straight out of a galaxy far, far away.

A new project within the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency is currently working to advance the Navy's broad goal of fielding a fleet of unmanned surface vessels to counter Russia and China on the high seas, C4ISRNet reports.

While the program, called NOMARS (as in “No Manning Required, Ship,”), is separate from the Navy's current $1 billion push to produce batch of unmanned surface vessels, DARPA's program would reportedly seek to rapidly mature the technology beyond the service's existing capabilities.

“NOMARS is going and looking at ‘Can I take people completely off ships,’” DARPA Tactical Technology Office chief Mike Leahy told C4ISRNet. “That’s a risky endeavor. We don’t know if we’re going to be able to do that. We don’t know if that’s going to pan out."

Of course, DARPA has already fielded an advanced autonomous USV in the form of the Sea Hunter, but to achieve a revolutionary advance in the technology, DARPA plans on going with a radical new design for its next-generation robot vessel.

“NOMARS will challenge the traditional naval architecture paradigm, designing a seaframe from the ground up with no provision, allowance, or expectation for humans at sea,” according to a DARPA solicitation posted in January.

The Yad Vashem Claims These Jews Were Murdered By the Nazis. They're Actually Alive and Giving "Holocaust" Lectures

Israel’s Yad Vashem is widely considered to be the authority on “Holocaust” history and remembrance.

The organization claims to have millions of documents and testimonies proving that 6 million Jews were murdered during World War II.

Millions of names of individual Jews purported to have been killed are commemorated at the museum’s “hall of names,” which can be searched by the public in its Shoah Victims database form. A common response to revisionist challenges is to point to this and say “where did they go then?”

Yad Vashem, together with its partners, has collected and recorded the names and biographical details of millions of victims of systematic anti-Jewish persecution during the Holocaust (Shoah) period. Close to four million eight hundred thousand of the six million Jews murdered by the Nazis and their accomplices are commemorated here. This database includes information regarding victims of the Shoah: those who were murdered and some whose fate has yet to be determined.

The names of more than one million victims remain unknown – and time is running out. It is our collective moral imperative to persist in our efforts to recover their names and restore their identities.

After a small and randomized study of the Yad Vashem archives, National Justice can report that after a search of approximately 15 famous Holocaust survivors, five are listed as having been explicitly murdered, in some cases multiple times.

This is only the tip of the iceberg. Many Holocaust survivors go by names like Joe, Fred, and Henry — not likely to be what they were assigned at birth. Many female ones have changed their names through marriage. Others have changed their names, especially those who moved to Israel or America after the war.

Yet, even with all of this in mind, the results are shocking.

Dario Gabbai, who died in March 2020, became famous for claiming to have been a Sonderkommando who helped gas Jews at Auschwitz. He was exposed by Dean Irebud in 2012 as a fraud.

Gabbai, born in Thessaloniki, Greece in 1922, is listed in the Yad Vashem archives as having been “murdered” at Auschwitz three times.

One of the transcripts released was the Mueller interview with Perkins Coie attorney Michael Sussmann. Sussmann left the DOJ’s Computer Crime/intellectual Property Section to work with Perkins Coie. Sussmann was hired by the DNC and met with and provided Christopher Steele with claims about Alfa Bank’s alleged ties to Vladimir Putin.

During his testimony before the House Intelligence Committee Sussmann told the House Intelligence Committee that the FBI had access to the DNC servers.

'Beyond the Pale': Unanimous Supreme Court Strikes Down Activist Judges' Illegal Immigrant Ruling

On Thursday, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously struck down an activist ruling from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, condemning it as “beyond the pale.” The 9th Circuit had twisted the case United States v. Sineneng-Smith in order to strike down as unconstitutional a federal law prohibiting Americans from inducing an illegal alien to enter or reside in the United States. The notorious liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg wrote the Court’s opinion, illustrating just how unanimous the ruling was.

“The Ninth Circuit’s radical transformation of this case goes well beyond the pale,” Ginsburg wrote. Indeed, she cited previous Court rulings condemning the abuses of activist judges who use the judiciary to strike down laws by raising issues that are not pertinent to the case at hand.

“In short: ‘[C]ourts are essentially passive instruments of government,'” Ginsburg wrote, quoting an opinion from United States v. Samues (1987). “They ‘do not, or should not, sally forth each day looking for wrongs to right. [They] wait for cases to come to [them], and when [cases arise, courts] normally decide only questions presented by the parties.'”

The case involves Evelyn Sineneng-Smith, who operated an immigration consulting firm in San Jose, Calif. Sineneng-Smith extended false promises to immigrants who did not have legal authorization to work in the U.S. She told these illegal immigrants that she would file applications for a labor certification program that had once provided a path for immigrants to adjust to lawful permanent resident status, but she knew that her clients could not meet the long-passed statutory application-filing deadline.

Sineneng-Smith charged her clients over $6,000, netting more than $3.3 million. She was indicted for multiple violations under the federal law barring citizens from encouraging or inducing aliens “to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law.” Federal law also imposes an enhanced penalty if the crime is “done for the purpose of commercial advantage or private financial gain.” She was convicted on these counts, in addition to counts of filing false tax returns and mail fraud. She did not contest the tax crimes or the mail fraud.

In the District Court, she argued that the laws did not apply to her conduct, and claimed that if they did, they would violate the Petition and Free Speech Clauses of the First Amendment. The District Court rejected her arguments.

Yet Sineneng-Smith appealed to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which not only granted the appeal but also fundamentally transformed the case. The 9th Circuit panel of judges named three amici curiae and invited them to brief and argue issues framed by the panel, including a question never raised by Sineneng-Smith: whether the federal statute was overbroad under the First Amendment. The 9th Circuit then proceeded to strike down the federal law.

The Supreme Court rightly rejected this activist attack on a just federal statute.

“We applaud the Court’s well-reasoned decision,” Dale L. Wilcox, executive director and general counsel at the Immigration and Reform Law Institute, said in a statement. “Unfortunately, the Court did not have to reach the issue of whether this important statute is constitutional, but it did keep the law in place. When and if the overbreadth issue is brought up properly by a defendant in the future, we will be there.”

The Court was unanimous in striking down the 9th Circuit’s decision, but Justice Clarence Thomas filed a concurring opinion suggesting that the Court revise its “overbreadth doctrine.”

“The overbreadth doctrine appears to be the handiwork of judges, based on the misguided ‘notion that some constitutional rights demand preferential treatment.’ It seemingly lacks any basis in the text or history of the First Amendment, relaxes the traditional standard for facial challenges, and violates Article III principles regarding judicial power and standing,” he wrote.

U.S. v. Sineneng-Smith (2020) serves as an important rebuke to judicial activism, but Thomas may be correct that it does not go far enough. At the very least, the Supreme Court rightly defended a federal law that rightly bans Americans from inducing illegal immigrants to enter this country after the 9th Circuit wrongfully struck it down.

US Attorney General Bill Barr blasted James Comey during an interview Thursday with CBS’s Catherine Herridge and said the FBI tried to lay a “perjury trap” for General Flynn.

The Justice Department dropped its case against General Mike Flynn Thursday after bombshell documents released proved he was framed by Comey’s FBI.

The DOJ said in its motion to dismiss that “The interview of Mr. Flynn was untethered to, and unjustified by, the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation into Mr. Flynn.”

The DOJ was referring to the January 24, 2017 ambush FBI interview conducted by FBI counterintel chief Peter Strzok and FBI special agent Joe Pientka.

On January 4, 2017, the FBI field office found “No derogatory information” on Flynn and decided to close CROSSFIRE RAZOR.

The DOJ said the FBI kept open its counterintelligence investigation into Mr. Flynn based solely on his December 2016 calls with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak — A NON-CRIME!

In fact, James Comey bragged during an interview with Nicolle Wallace that he personally “sent” Strzok and Pientka to the White House on January 24, 2017 to ambush Flynn without his attorney present.

“I think a very important evidence here was that this was not a bonafide counterintelligence investigation was that they were closing the investigation in December. These were things that persuaded me that there was not a legitimate counterintelligence investigation going on.”

San Antonio City Council Bans 'Chinese Virus' as Hate Speech

What in the world is happening in Texas? Just this week, a woman in Dallas was jailed for opening her hair salon so her employees could feed their kids. (She was released early, after everybody realized the judge who sentenced her is insane.) Now the San Antonio City Council wants to lock people up for telling the truth about the virus.

“Hate speech is more dangerous than the virus itself.” If you have to hear this nonsense for yourself, like I did:

“Thankfully there is a vaccine. That vaccine is light.” That’s right, they’re shining a light… by silencing free speech!

Orwell was an amateur.

So if you tell the truth, it’s your fault if somebody takes that information and does something bad. That’s your responsibility. It’s better to just avoid evidence. Avoid facts. Avoid reality. After all, somebody could get hurt.

We’re all just trying to survive this virus, and the economic ruin caused by this virus. Now we need to worry about some fascist locking us up for describing the virus accurately?

I love that they cut off that guy’s mic for protesting. Just perfect: “We’ll decide what is and isn’t free speech. Now shut up!”

In the early days of this disaster, Gail Collins at the NYT declared, “Let’s Call It Trumpvirus.” Does that mean she’s responsible if anybody in a MAGA hat gets beat up? No, of course not. That would be ridiculous. So is this.

COVID-19 is a Chinese virus, and it’s not hate speech to say so. Maybe Manny Pelaez and his comrades should be more worried about the deadly plague that’s destroying the world, and less worried about words that hurt their feelings.

Sticks and stones may break our bones. A virus may expire us. But names will never hurt us.

Fauci says coronavirus was not created in Wuhan lab he’s been funding with taxpayer money since 2015 to work on coronavirus “gain-of-function” research

The longer Dr. Anthony Fauci serves as the face of the Trump administration’s coronavirus response, the more we learn about just how controversial and inept he really is.

The long-serving director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases said in an interview with National Geographic published on Monday that it’s just not likely the coronavirus (COVID-19) originated in a lab in Wuhan city.

“If you look at the evolution of the virus in bats and what’s out there now, [the scientific evidence] is very, very strongly leaning toward this could not have been artificially or deliberately manipulated,” Fauci said. “Everything about the stepwise evolution over time strongly indicates that [this virus] evolved in nature and then jumped species.”

Is that so? Because those comments contradict other Trump administration officials including the president himself and Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, the latter of whom told ABC News’ “This Week” that there is “enormous evidence” the Wuhan coronavirus came from a lab, not a Chinese wet market.

“China has a history of infecting the world, and they have a history of running substandard laboratories,” he explained to host Martha Raddatz. “These are not the first times that we’ve had a world exposed to viruses as a result of failures in a Chinese lab.”

So — why would Fauci make such a claim when the real evidence indicates he’s wrong?

Perhaps because he wants to cover up some prior activity that would give him at least some culpability in the creation of the virus?

As Newsweek reported last month, Fauci supported the laboratory now in question with millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars “for risky coronavirus research.”

The magazine reported:

But just last year, the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases, the organization led by Dr. Fauci, funded scientists at the Wuhan Institute of Virology and other institutions for work on gain-of-function research on bat coronaviruses.

With the backing of NIAID, the National Institutes of Health pledged $3.7 million over six years to fund gain-of-function work — a pledge that followed a previous $3.7 million 5-year investment in a “project for collecting and studying bat coronaviruses which ended in 2019,” the magazine reported.

Several scientists have not been supportive of gain-of-function research because it involves the manipulation of viruses in order to explore how they could infect humans because of the risk of starting a pandemic if one were to be accidentally released.

Starting to sound familiar?

And about that 2015 funding. The Times of Israel reported April 25:

Back in October 2014, the US government had placed a federal moratorium on gain-of-function (GOF) research—altering natural pathogens to make them more deadly and infectious–as a result of rising fears about a possible pandemic caused by accidental or deliberate release of these genetically engineered monster germs.

This was in part due to lab accidents at the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in July 2014 that raised questions about biosafety at US high-containment labs.

Due to those accidents, the CDC closed two labs and halted some biological shipments. The agency later noted in an internal report that scientists failed to follow proper procedures to make sure samples were inactivated before leaving the lab. There were “multiple other problems” as well.

So, in October 2014, the Obama administration banned all federal funding of all efforts to weaponize three viruses — influenza, Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS), and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS).

But that didn’t stop Fauci, the Times of Israel reported. He “outsourced in 2015 the GOF research to China’s Wuhan lab and licensed the lab to continue receiving federal funding,” the site noted.

And to be clear, yes — this is the same lab that is now at the center of the COVID-19 controversy.

No wonder Fauci wants us to believe there’s no connection to coronavirus and the lab he has worked diligently to fund with our tax money.
