Time for the building in New York that has been used to house criminals for decades and yet still not referred to as a prison…to be remodeled and perhaps turned into a nice hotel!
The rooms facing the river could of course be priced at a premium with the money used to offset, perhaps, some of the many millions of dollars over the years just in parking fines the criminals using the building have racked up.
