History will reference the day ]HE[ rested. It was a Sunday, a storm having raged through the night without any sign of letting up. HE did not sleep, for the strikes of light illuminated the lands, fear growing in the souls of the wicked. The storm raged on, flooding the streets. Where there was once filth and scum now have become pathways of clarity and peace, having been washed away by the vigor of the night. Under HIS order, the storm’s rage was silenced, brought to calm. Light shone through the clouds, illuminating the fresh soils once burdened by swamp. The children of men walked the earth, in awe of the events that unfolded. Through HIS strength, the freedoms of the people were restored…
