There are two ways of accessing this site from Tor: using tor as a VPN to access the clearnet site (the front door), and the Tor Hidden Service that CM also setup (the back door, what causes someone to have ID 000000). When the first option is used 8kun doesn't know of care that Tor was in anyway involved. It seen a normal IP and gives you a normal ID. The theory is that the enemy is trying to get the IPs of all the Tor exit points (what 8kun sees) on the ban list.
