It was supposed to go like this..
Glenn Simpson and Perkins Coie guy go to Steele and give him the Dossier that Simpson wrote… Steele was supposed to then say that his sources gave the dossier and he would then get it to the State Dept. who would then give it to the FBI.
Bruce Ohr was the [then] DBI agent who introduced Steele to the Handler.
Steele gave the report to the Handler BEFORE he gave it to -whoever- it was he was supposed to give it to.
I have noticed that alot of these assholes go on a 2 year sabbatical between their 4 years of college and ACTUAL graduation.
