The emergency declared by Oregon Governor Kate Brown legally ended on April 7th. She willfully violated the Oregon Constitution by trying to make her original declaration for 60 days in direct conflict with the governing language in the Constitution limiting her powers in a declaration of Catastrophe. The legislature actually has to PASS A BILL in order for her to have more than 30 days. She failed to do it.
