German Intel: China Told WHO to Hide Human-to-Human Coronavirus Transmission in Jan

 

The Chinese Communist Party forced the World Health Organization (WHO) to refrain from notifying the world about human-to-human transmission of the novel coronavirus, causing a “four to six-week delay in fighting” the virus, according to Germany’s Federal Intelligence Service.

 

The recently-released report corroborates the Trump administration’s narrative that China purposely withheld this critical information, delaying the world’s ability to respond: “According to the BND, China has urged the World Health Organization (WHO) to delay a global warning after the outbreak of the virus at the highest level. On January 21, China’s leader Xi Jinping asked WHO chief Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus to hold back information about a human-to-human transmission and to delay a pandemic warning.”

 

This follows the Department of Homeland Security alleging the CCP’s intentional delay in notifying authorities of the outbreak was to stockpile medical supplies now in a global shortage.

 

It’s also the latest proof of WHO’s subservience to the CCP, sacrificing global health by acquiescing to Beijing’s demands.

 

Roughly one week after WHO assisted in the CCP-led cover up, they praised China’s “transparency” in a now-debunked statement from the body’s director, Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus:

 

“We appreciate the seriousness with which China is taking this outbreak, especially the commitment from top leadership, and the transparency they have demonstrated, including sharing data and genetic sequence of the virus. WHO is working closely with the government on measures to understand the virus and limit transmission. WHO will keep working side-by-side with China and all other countries to protect health and keep people safe.”

 

And Dr. Tedros is a repeat offender when it comes to covering up infectious disease outbreaks.

 

Even The New York Times wrote in 2017 that he helped with “covering up three cholera epidemics in his home country, Ethiopia, when he was health minister — a charge that could seriously undermine his campaign to run the agency.”

 

His actions were straight from Beijing’s playbook: “China denied for months in 2003 that it had a serious outbreak of lethal respiratory disease in its southern cities. That outbreak ultimately became known as SARS, for severe acute respiratory syndrome, and spread to several other countries, including Canada,” the article also noted.

 

While establishment media outlets have covered Germany’s findings, they’ve willfully ignored this incriminating discovery. Unsurprisingly, they’ve amplified the only portion of the report that conflicts with the US intelligence, the theory that coronavirus originated in a Wuhan laboratory.

NEW YORK (AP) — Comedy veteran Jerry Stiller, who launched his career opposite wife Anne Meara in the 1950s and reemerged four decades later as the hysterically high-strung Frank Costanza on the smash television show “Seinfeld,” died at 92, his son Ben Stiller announced Monday.

 

He died of natural causes, his son — a comedy star himself — said in a tweet.

 

Jerry Stiller was a multi-talented performer who appeared in an assortment of movies, playing Walter Matthau’s police sidekick in the thriller “The Taking of Pelham One Two Three” and Divine’s husband Wilbur Turnblad in John Waters’ twisted comedy “Hairspray.”

The top Republican on the House Intelligence Committee said the FBI's original interview summary with retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn is "missing."

 

California Rep. Devin Nunes said top FBI officials and other sources told lawmakers behind closed doors that the bureau did not believe Flynn lied when interviewed by two agents in January 2017.

 

"The original report that was used to brief the United States Congress, that report is missing. It's gone, poof, we can't find it," Nunes told Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo on Fox News's Sunday Morning Futures.

 

Nunes said he was shocked to learn later that leaks to the media saying Flynn was "being busted" for lying about his contacts with a Russian envoy during the presidential transition period.

 

Flynn, who briefly served as President Trump's first national security adviser, pleaded guilty in 2017 to lying to the FBI about his conversations with Russia’s ambassador to the United States but later declared his innocence and argued he was set up by the FBI.

 

The Justice Department filed to dismiss its criminal case against Flynn on Thursday, leaving it up to a federal judge overseeing the case to make the final determination on whether to dismiss it.

 

The Justice Department said in a court filing that after reviewing newly disclosed materials, it agreed with Flynn’s attorneys that his interview with the FBI should never have taken place because his conversations with the Russian diplomat were "entirely appropriate."

 

Sidney Powell, Flynn's lead attorney, said later on Sunday Morning Futures that the defense team has the raw notes from Flynn's interview but not the FBI summary, known as a "302," which was what Nunes said is nowhere to be found.

 

Both Nunes and Powell also noted that text messages between former FBI officials Peter Strzok, one of the agents who interviewed Flynn, and former FBI lawyer Lisa Page show they "doctored" the summary.

Woke up to this news story re a shooting that occurred yesterday. Notice the American flag on the front porch. The man doing the shooting lived at this house - a patriot judging by the flag. The person who was shot (and killed) by the homeowner was the harasser - (I predict by a liberal who hated the American flag). He had been going to the house and harassing this homeowner multiple times throughout the day. The harassment was reported to the police by the homeowner and the police had been trying to find the harasser (shooting victim). It will be interesting to see how the story plays out.

POTUS declared a NATIONAL EMERGENCY after ALL 50 states had declared a state of emergency.

He HAD to wait for ALL states to declare a state of emergency, and when they did, he set the trap.

Five Eyes’ cyber guys discuss global threats in Scotland

 

Members of the Five Eyes intelligence alliance have spoken in public together for the first time at a conference in Scotland.

 

Representatives of the alliance from Australia, New Zealand, UK, US, and Canada shared a stage at the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre annual conference in Glasgow on Wednesday.

 

According to the CYBERUK conference agenda, the session featured “open discussions with our key allies across the world, and address global collaboration on threat sharing, joint operations and beyond, bringing a closer international approach, to the mutual benefit of all”.

 

Public appearances by Five Eyes members are rare. The existence of the alliance itself was not disclosed until 2005.

 

Scott MacLeod, First Assistant Director-General of the Australian Signals Directorate’s (ASD) protect, assure and enable division represented Australia at the event. MacLeod commenced in the role earlier this year, reporting to ASD Director-General Mike Burgess.

 

The protect, assure and enable division delivers the Australian Cyber Security Centre’s (ACSC), which became part of the ASD in July last year.

 

Representing New Zealand was Jan Thornborough from the country’s National Cyber Security Centre.

 

The event marked the first time all five members of the alliance have met openly in the UK.

 

“Cyber security is an international team sport and we are delighted to host allies from around the world in this public way to discuss how we best defend from common adversaries,” said the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre chief executive Ciaran Martin.

 

“Cyber attacks do not respect international boundaries and many of the threats and vulnerabilities we face are shared around the globe. Each nation has sovereignty to defend itself as it sees best fit but it’s vital that we work closely with our allies to make the world as safe as possible,” Martin added.

 

Around 2500 people attended the UK-government-backed conference.

 

The panel came as representative's individual nations’ confirm their responses to Chinese telecommunications equipment supplier Huawei.

Often referred to as the first “dark horse” President, James K. Polk was the last of the Jacksonians to sit in the White House, and the last strong President until the Civil War.

 

He was born in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, in 1795. Studious and industrious, Polk was graduated with honors in 1818 from the University of North Carolina. As a young lawyer he entered politics, served in the Tennessee legislature, and became a friend of Andrew Jackson.

 

In the House of Representatives, Polk was a chief lieutenant of Jackson in his Bank war. He served as Speaker between 1835 and 1839, leaving to become Governor of Tennessee.

 

Until circumstances raised Polk’s ambitions, he was a leading contender for the Democratic nomination for Vice President in 1844. Both Martin Van Buren, who had been expected to win the Democratic nomination for President, and Henry Clay, who was to be the Whig nominee, tried to take the expansionist issue out of the campaign by declaring themselves opposed to the annexation of Texas. Polk, however, publicly asserted that Texas should be “re-annexed” and all of Oregon “re-occupied.”

 

The aged Jackson, correctly sensing that the people favored expansion, urged the choice of a candidate committed to the Nation’s “Manifest Destiny.” This view prevailed at the Democratic Convention, where Polk was nominated on the ninth ballot.

 

“Who is James K. Polk?” Whigs jeered. Democrats replied Polk was the candidate who stood for expansion. He linked the Texas issue, popular in the South, with the Oregon question, attractive to the North. Polk also favored acquiring California.

 

Even before he could take office, Congress passed a joint resolution offering annexation to Texas. In so doing they bequeathed Polk the possibility of war with Mexico, which soon severed diplomatic relations.

 

In his stand on Oregon, the President seemed to be risking war with Great Britain also. The 1844 Democratic platform claimed the entire Oregon area, from the California boundary northward to a latitude of 54’40’, the southern boundary of Russian Alaska. Extremists proclaimed “Fifty-four forty or fight,” but Polk, aware of diplomatic realities, knew that no course short of war was likely to get all of Oregon. Happily, neither he nor the British wanted a war.

 

He offered to settle by extending the Canadian boundary, along the 49th parallel, from the Rockies to the Pacific. When the British minister declined, Polk reasserted the American claim to the entire area. Finally, the British settled for the 49th parallel, except for the southern tip of Vancouver Island. The treaty was signed in 1846.

 

Acquisition of California proved far more difficult. Polk sent an envoy to offer Mexico up to $20,000,000, plus settlement of damage claims owed to Americans, in return for California and the New Mexico country. Since no Mexican leader could cede half his country and still stay in power, Polk’s envoy was not received. To bring pressure, Polk sent Gen. Zachary Taylor to the disputed area on the Rio Grande.

 

To Mexican troops this was aggression, and they attacked Taylor’s forces.

 

Congress declared war and, despite much Northern opposition, supported the military operations. American forces won repeated victories and occupied Mexico City. Finally, in 1848, Mexico ceded New Mexico and California in return for $15,000,000 and American assumption of the damage claims.

 

President Polk added a vast area to the United States, but its acquisition precipitated a bitter quarrel between the North and the South over expansion of slavery.

 

Polk, leaving office with his health undermined from hard work, died in June 1849.

there are plenty of storage solutions.

the important part is knowing that you really have what is supposed to be there.

the 'tech' or 'platform' on which to store these is abstracted so you do not need to learn the details as you suggest.

 

If you have critical data you need to back it up in multiples. That way you know that the odds are better of it being available if you need it.

the hardest part is being able to know where it is when you want it, or that it even exists.

so you need methods to catalog it.

for a 'package' you zip it all up. and then you put that in an RPM for distribution. there is no reason that you can't use that same method to create content for other people's systems.

 

Really it comes down to having the stuff you need to use easily available.

 

There is no one 'right' solution to these issues.

Understand that storage isn't really the thing. the thing is what you want to store.

 

I think 'volumes' are a good thing to use.

and also make sure if you really have a lot of large content that you do some kind of verification that the files really are copied correctly. That is why zipping is usually done before archiving.

 

all in all I'd say you should not focus on just optical. also you assumptions about 'best storage' may, in fact, be incorrect.

A think tank has claimed that 84 per cent of people convicted of child grooming-gang offences since 2005 were Asian.

 

In a new study, Quilliam says its researchers discovered differences in the way paedophiles from different backgrounds operated.

 

It said white offenders often acted alone, while child abusers from Asian backgrounds were more likely to work in so-called grooming gangs.

 

The organisation, which usually focuses on counter-extremism, said it found 222 of 264, or 84 per cent, of people convicted of specific grooming-gang crimes in the UK since 2005 were Asian.

The National Crime Agency’s Child Exploitation and Online Protection Command (CEOP) identifies two types of group-based child abuse.

 

It says in “Type 1” offenders work in groups such as grooming gangs to target victims based on vulnerability, while “Type 2” offenders form paedophile rings to carry out abuse because of a specific sexual interest in children.
