Demand to know who designed and controlled the models that predicted a pandemic that was used to develop government policy and guidelines for Covid-19. Demand to know if these models included the information concerning effective and readily available treatments for Covid-based viruses. If not, why not? Was the obvious problems associated with the predictive models an honest mistake or intentional? If it was an honest mistake, when will they be fired? If it was intentional, when will they be fired and prosecuted?

Senate Republicans plan to vote Thursday on issuing subpoenas to Gov. Tom Wolf’s administration to learn more about business closures prompted by the coronavirus pandemic.

 

Senate Republicans, who hold the majority in the chamber, said they have been frustrated what they view as a lack of transparency from the Democratic governor. GOP lawmakers have been pressing for answers from the Wolf administration in deciding which businesses had to be shut down.

 

Wolf ordered the closure of businesses that weren’t deemed β€œlife sustaining" to curb the spread of the coronavirus. Republican lawmakers and business trade groups have demanded to know why some businesses had to close their doors and some received waivers from the Wolf administration to remain open.

 

The Senate Veterans Affairs and Emergency Preparedness Committee plans to meet at 1 p.m. Thursday to consider the subpoenas.

 

State Sens. Mike Regan, a York County Republican, and Tom Killion, wroteΒ lettersΒ to the governor and the state Department of Community and Economic Development to get more information about the closures. They said they got no response to the letters, which were sent April 24.

 

Lawmakers held a hearing with Wolf administration officials last week but found their answers lacking.

 

β€œWe held a hearing during which DCED and the administration had the opportunity to provide clarity about their methodology behind granting waivers to some employers and not others,” Regan said in a statement. β€œWe then sent a letter requesting the same information and did not receive it. Tomorrow we will be taking definitive action.”

 

Tens of thousands of businesses sought waivers to keep their doors open. Some argued they performed critical services and could open safely with measures to protect workers and consumers. Trade groups assailed the waiver process as being too arbitrary.

 

For example, a Franklin County builder was denied a waiverΒ to complete work on a home to replace one a family lost in a fire. Some garden centers have complained they couldn’t get waivers, while other garden centers were allowed to reopen.

 

State officials have said they aim for consistency on waiver decisions but rely on information provided by businesses on their applications.

 

The Wolf administration has said it’s aimed to be as transparent as possible. Casey Smith, a DCED spokeswoman, said earlier this week that the administration is aiming to address the concerns of businesses and lawmakers.

 

β€œThroughout the duration of the waiver process, DCED has been dedicated to responding to businesses in short order, as addressing the needs of Pennsylvania’s business community while protecting public health and safety has been a priority," Smith said in a statement. "The administration is reviewing the letter and will determine how best to respond in light of the extensive resources that have been devoted to addressing this disaster.”

POTUS declared a NATIONAL EMERGENCY after ALL 50 states had declared a state of emergency.

He HAD to wait for ALL states to declare a state of emergency, and when they did, he set the trap.

Dirty money piling up in L.A. as coronavirus cripples international money laundering

Dirty money is piling up in Los Angeles. In the last three weeks, federal agents made three seizures that each netted more than $1 million in suspected drug proceeds.

 

The reason, according to the city’s top drug enforcement official: The coronavirus pandemic has slowed trade-based money laundering systems that drug trafficking groups use to repatriate profits and move Chinese capital into Southern California.

 

With storefronts closed, supply chains in disarray and the global economy in peril, these complex schemes are hobbled and cash is backing up in Los Angeles, Bill Bodner, special agent in charge of the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Los Angeles field division, said in an interview.

 

The recent million-dollar interceptions were reminiscent of seizures the DEA made before drug traffickers embraced trade-based money laundering, said Bodner, a 28-year agent.

 

The shuttering of nonessential businesses has made a β€œtremendous impact” on a money laundering system dubbed the black market peso exchange, he said. In the fashion district in downtown Los Angeles β€” the exchange’s epicenter β€” drug trafficking groups from throughout the country use wholesalers to remit profits to Mexico, according to cases filed in federal courts in Los Angeles and elsewhere.

 

Steven Mygrant, a federal prosecutor in Oregon who charged six people with laundering heroin proceeds through Los Angeles businesses, said two primary factors drive the exchange: Drug trafficking groups need to convert dollars to pesos, which is expensive to do legitimately, and they need to move money from the United States to Mexico, which is risky to transport in cash.

 

To accomplish this, Mygrant said, a broker pays pesos for the drug traffickers’ dollars. The traffickers deliver cash to an exporter in Los Angeles, who ships goods β€” commonly clothing, cosmetics, jewelry or sportswear β€” to a retailer in Mexico. The retailer sells the goods for pesos and pays the broker.

 

Developed by Colombian cocaine traffickers, Mexican cartels initially did not embrace the black market peso exchange, Bodner said, finding it easier to simply smuggle bulk cash across the border and launder it in Mexico. That changed about 10 years ago, he said, when the Mexican government tightened financial regulations and restricted the flow of dollars into its banks.

 

Recently, with storefronts closed and agents seizing millions in cash packaged for transport, it appears drug trafficking groups are resorting to older, riskier ways of repatriating profits, Bodner said.

 

The coronavirus has also cooled Chinese capital flight, he said, which before the pandemic was the primary driver of international money laundering.

 

With the Chinese government curtailing the amount of money its citizens can shift overseas, drug traffickers and money brokers set up the following system, Bodner said: A Chinese national who wants to convert yuan to dollars and stash it in the United States will contact a broker. The broker instructs this person to pay a factory that produces chemicals used to make methamphetamine or fentanyl.

 

The factory ships the precursors to Mexico, where they’re converted into narcotics, smuggled into the United States and sold for dollars. The broker directs the drug trafficking group to deliver cash to a relative or an associate of the Chinese national whose money initiated the entire sequence.

 

The money is now in the United States and in dollars, without ever entering the global financial system.β€œThe more money that wants to leave China, the more chemicals go to Mexico and the more synthetic drugs end up in L.A.,” Bodner said.

 

But the pandemic has slowed the cycle significantly, he said. Most narcotics precursors from China are made in Wuhan, the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak, and factories there are shuttered or operating at a reduced capacity.

 

β€œWhen chemicals aren’t flowing from China, there’s no churn in the money laundering system,” Bodner said. Further, with global markets in upheaval, many of the Chinese nationals who were moving money through the system are now hesitant to stash funds overseas, he said.

 

Slowdowns in Los Angeles’ money laundering systems come as drug prices rise in the city. With supply chains in disarray, Bodner said, the wholesale price of methamphetamine has soared to about $1,800 a pound, compared with about $900 a pound five months ago.

Flynn's role in "The Plan"

'My speculation –

 

Flynn "going down" was part of "The Plan." Trump and his team knew that DS was illegally spying on Trump, Flynn, and others. They also knew that DS had lots of corrupt prosecutors and judges installed, which would have made prosecutions impossible early on.

 

They needed a way to make the DS think Trump was a bumbling fool to buy time to set the stage: remove dirty prosecutors, replace them with clean prosecutors, and install new, clean judges.

 

Flynn was director of DIA. He knows where the bodies are buried. He has the intel. This is why Flynn is a serious threat to the DS. Trump brought Flynn into the administration early on.

 

Flynn set up the DS. He knew the DS had info about his interactions with Kislyak, but that they did not obtain that info legally. So, he put out the word through TV interviews by lying about it (on TV), directly and indirectly through Pence and Spicer (who might or might not have known it was a lie). This prompted the DS to try and get him to lie to the FBI so they could prosecute him and get him out of the administration.

 

But when FBI interviewed him, he didn't lie. That's a problem for the DS because it is not illegal to lie on TV, and he did not lie to FBI. So, the corrupt leadership in the FBI did what they always have done – they made up charges, falsified 302's and charged him, anyway.

 

Then, Flynn surprised them by pleading guilty to something they knew he didn't really do, and then withdrawing that guilty plea (they expected the guilty plea, but did not expect him to turn around and withdraw it). DS has had to hide the info all this time because they cannot prosecute Flynn, since they knew he didn't really lie to FBI (which is what he was charged with). In fact, it is the FBI who committed the crime of the frame up, and the DOJ lawyers who conspired through their dirty prosecution. In addition, it now appears that Flynn's original defense team was also conspiring against him.

 

Although Flynn had the intel, it was classified. That is why Ezra Cohen-Watnick became involved.

 

Cohen was Flynn's protege at DIA. Flynn brought Cohen into the White House with him. Cohen is the one who alerted Devin Nunes in the early days about the illegal unmasking by Samantha Powers, and started Congress on their investigation of the Witch Hunt.

 

McMasters (DS stooge) tried to get Cohen out of the White House, remember? Eventually, Cohen left the White House, and was hired by AG Sessions at the DOJ. A military intel guy at the Department of Justice? Why?

 

Cohen has top secret (or above) security clearance. He was Flynn's protege at the DIA, after all. At the DOJ, he acted as the secret liason between Flynn and the DOJ. This is how Flynn got his classified DIA intel about various crimes to the DOJ.

 

The intel was classified, so it had to be relayed through classified channels. At some point, though, it had to be declassified so prosecutors and grand juries could analyze and hear the evidence. This is when Trump gave AG Barr declas authorization, which allowed Cohen to relay the intel to Durham (and possibly other prosecutors who are still working in secret). For starters, notice the first image. NeonRevolt says he ran a scan the twin lamps pic, and it detects pixelknot stenography present. (moar details on his Gab for how he did the scan).

 

Anyways, I went to pixelknot, and noticed their logo. Right away, I saw the connection to Q's infamous "yoga"" song. Kek.

 

But anyways, this leads me to two tangents:

 

1) Q's images have stenography embedded, and perhaps certain stringers unlock them. I vaguely recall we discussed this a long time ago, so this is nothing new I don't think.

2) Some anon was digging into creating a Cardan grille for deciphering celebrity twitter messages.

 

Now about point 2), anon said he had noticed 3 different types of tweets, one of which is the image type of tweet. Perhaps the grille on the image tweets will actually unlock the stenography in the attached image. Also I think their favourite term "concrete" may be at play here in some way.

 

Lastly, I think Q may be signalling us to either dig further into his own stenography (you have more than you know). "Multiple meanings exist," and "future unlocks past" may literally mean future drops/stringers/etc will unlock his stenography from way back in the images posted.

I see/hear/understand that. I also think it would be extremely careless/foolish to unleash it all, in one fell swoop. On the flip side, we're almost on year 3 of Q hitting up the anons to build the parallel construction. People that have been paying attention, and are still "on the fence" about some things, and feel as though we've been going down this road, long enough, that a public confirmation is due.

It really and truly is about time for some public confirmation. Realistically, @POTUS could probably have had Birx and Fauci walked off in cuffs on the last day of the pressers, and probably all of 10 people would have batted an eye while the rest of the world would have cheered him on.

 

Logical thinking:

If we really are the silent majority, what's it going to hurt to do a reveal? It won't, if we really are the majority. It won't stop the plan because, as we're reminded of, daily, nothing can stop it. If anything, doing a reveal would pull the rest of the world into the fold.

Federal Reserve Board announces it is expanding the scope and eligibility for the Main Street Lending Program

 

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced it is expanding the scope and eligibility for the Main Street Lending Program. As part of its broad effort to support the economy, the Federal Reserve developed the Main Street Lending Program to help credit flow to small and medium-sized businesses that were in sound financial condition before the pandemic.

 

When the initial terms of Main Street were announced, the Board indicated that, because the financial needs of businesses vary widely, it was seeking feedback from the public on potential refinements. More than 2,200 letters from individuals, businesses, and nonprofits were received. In response to the public input, the Board decided to expand the loan options available to businesses, and increased the maximum size of businesses that are eligible for support under the program. The changes include:

 

Creating a third loan option, with increased risk sharing by lenders for borrowers with greater leverage;

Lowering the minimum loan size for certain loans to $500,000; and

Expanding the pool of businesses eligible to borrow.

 

Under the new loan option, lenders would retain a 15 percent share on loans that when added to existing debt do not exceed six times a borrower's income, adjusted for interest payments, taxes, and depreciation and other appropriate adjustments. This compares to the existing loan options where lenders retain a 5 percent share on loans, but have different features. Under all of the loan options, lenders will be able to apply their industry-specific expertise and underwriting standards to best measure a borrower's income. In total, three loan optionsβ€”termed new, priority, and expandedβ€”will be available for businesses. The chart below summarizes the different loan options.

 

Additionally, businesses with up to 15,000 employees or up to $5 billion in annual revenue are now eligible, compared to the initial program terms, which were for companies with up to 10,000 employees and $2.5 billion in revenue. The minimum loan size for two of the options was also lowered to $500,000 from $1 million. With the changes, the program will now offer more options to a wider set of eligible small and medium-size businesses.

 

The Board recognizes the critical role that nonprofit organizations play throughout the economy and is evaluating a separate approach to meet their unique needs.

 

The Main Street Lending Program was established under Section 13(3) of the Federal Reserve Act, with approval of the Treasury Secretary. The Treasury will provide $75 billion for the program using funds from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act. Frequently asked questions and answers for lenders and borrowers are also available. A start date for the program will be announced soon.

Report: China aiming to be first country to implement digital currency

 

China is working to be the first nation to implement a total central-bank digital currency (CDBC) into limited use, according to a report from the brokerage firm Citic Securities.

Dozens of central banks have begun to look into digital currency, but none more so than China. Digital currency users would theoretically be able to use and transfer cash without an internet connection, according to the Economist, possibly by using Bluetooth.

US President Donald Trump is considering all options available to him to make Saudi Arabia pay for the oil price war that it started, Oilprice.com revealed on Tuesday.

Once outside, I saw a store that said donuts and the open light was on, so, long story short, I traded money for donuts and coffee and was told by the nice unmasked lady that I had to eat it outside the store. I ate dat shit and walked backed to the dealership, got the ride and left. I drove to a toy store and a masked dude was standing behind a table blocking the entrance.
