a lot of power structures in the, well, what you'd call "Satanic" I guess, orders are matriarchal but the big ones won't be.
otherwise, they do plenty of the rituals, they obviously raise the children and do typical feminine things but are used in the power dynamic to secure the consensus of young people. you trust your children with their teachers, their doctors, their babysitter, etc…
