When you go after a judge, judges all protect each other and attack everything you have (family, friends, burn down your house etc.).
Going after a judge through the legal system is not reality.

We'll see it break down between former and current. No attorney currently working will go against a judge, its career suicide and asking for a deathwish.
They have this tactic they call "motion to continue" they use it to drag things along without resolution or justice for years, what continues most is the billing and account receivable.
If you're thinking this is an opportunity to turn the tables, I don't think you've meet a bunch of evil lawyers. The judicial system is entirely corrupt and a racketeering enterprise with no regard to innocence or guilt. They'll will just twist it around to serve themselves one way or another.
These people need to be taken out into the streets or by military.
