if you vote in a normal way you have no issue. If you are the voter, you , of course, would have no issue.
there would be no 'vote by mail' it would be vote by giving it to a bonded and socially tracked 'servant' who carries it to the election place.
vote by mail: and if you touch it you get tracked.
so no more ballot harvasting because the peole who collect them would have to agree to be basically tracked and watched and audited, etc.
