Judges do not get to go out and advocate people filing briefs in a criminal case pending dismissal by the prosecutors.
Judge Sullivan's days as a judge are numbered.
The country cannot survive in its current form if California is allowed to wreck the nation's economy with a further 3 month shutdown.
Cannot.
Survive.
Current.
Form.
It's a dilemma. They'll push you until the point where you won't take it anymore.
Because they want you to lash out. Violently.
But complying with evil foolishness, contributes to evil foolishness.
Every man is going to have to draw his own line in the sand, and be convicted that beyond that line, he will not be pushed.
And yet, he did not immediately recuse himself from the General's case.
He made a ruling, and then recused himself.
So, more reversible error.
General Flynn's exoneration process has only begun; it is nowhere near finished.
