Deep State has chosen their hill to die on:
1) The judicial branch, nor an Article I-created court, can dictate to the Executive when they have to prosecute.
2) If Sullivan allows the withdrawal, case ends, declas spills out everywhere, and swamprats get indicted.
3) If Sullivan drags this out to hear briefs from every latte-sipping liberal with an opinion, white hats slowly drip out more docs until it becomes absurd…like maybe actual recordings of the Flynn interview or phone call…
