Brian McGurk has MANY visits to Biden:
Brett H. McGurk is an American diplomat, attorney, and academic who served in senior national security positions under Presidents George W. Bush, Barack Obama, and Donald Trump. Most recently, he was the Special Presidential Envoy for the Global Coalition to Counter ISIL.
Now that is guy who could do some damage.

Victoria Jane Nuland is another regular visitor to Biden.
During Bill Clinton presidency, Nuland was chief of staff to Deputy Secretary of State Strobe Talbott before moving on to serve as deputy director for former Soviet Union affairs.
Under SS Hilary Clinton, in her role as assistant secretary, she managed diplomatic relations with 50 countries in Europe and Eurasia, as well as with NATO, the European Union and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. She was the lead U.S. point person for the Ukrainian crisis.
This woman is also highly suspect in Biden's dealings with the Ukraine
