If the blacked out names for COS and DCOS are obama’s lickspittle chief of staff and deputy chief of staff, that right there is damning proof he was involved. What legitamite purpose would they have to be unmasking an american citizen? According to past reports, the context and wordings are available, they could read the transcripts meaning it would not be hard to figure out who exactly the russian was talking with. So they see the context, that this american told the russians to be patient and to not retaliate, these obama fools decide to find out who exactly is saying this, then they go onto to start talking shit about him in public - despite him having done nothing wrong.
