A friend of mine called tonight in a panic because they thought that the combination of HR 6666 and CA's AB 262 could legally allow for the dragging of people out of their houses.

The Evil HR 6666 Contact Tracing Bill?

The "No-Not Evil?" and "Yes-Evil?" arguments in this article are all valid.

And while most citizens are well-intentioned, there are some who, if you give them an inch, they'll take a mile.

We're watching a case of that unfold and go public right now: Obama and everything "Russia" and Gen. Flynn. When our current leaders lack the moral compass to keep them from committing those kinds of crimes, how do we dare give them the power that goes with H.R.6666? As seemingly positive as the purpose may seem for such bills, we're all becoming quite aware of hidden agendas.

It seems to me that these bills should be considered unconstitutional since they advocate for forced testing and removal of people from their homes. Would these actions not constitute illegal search and seizure?

I can relate. Best test of where we're at that I've got is my spouse. Claims to lean conservative, but still believes MSM lies. Still doesn't understand the BO stuff. Worse, doesn't see what happened as treason. Still have some convincing to do.
