The Antichrist has existed since 536 when Justinian I created the office thereof. As to the "10", I assume you are referring to the ten horns. The ten horns were the dynastic families that provided the kings of the Holy Roman Empire the Papacy crowned (in three cases excommunicated). Those 10 families continue to operate to this day, in some cases still the royalty of Europe. Though no longer controlled by the Papacy, they and the Papacy work together towards their agenda of global dominance (along with other elements, notably, the Rothschilds).

The Antichrist has been mirroring Jesus Christ. The Papacy presents a false "christ" and he calls his priesthood the "alter cristos" (other christs). He presents a false "gospel" of a perpetual-victim-for-sin "christ" instead of the true Christ that showed He finished the remission of sin by resurrecting from the dead and ascending into Heaven.

According to Jeremiah, the abominations that caused the Jews to be desolated was their seeking the QUEEN OF HEAVEN. Scripture interprets Scripture. What the Jews did to be sent into captivity into Babylon was a foreshadowing of the present Harlot named BABYLON. They also seek the QUEEN OF HEAVEN. There is no "third temple", and never will be. The Temple of Ezekiel's vision was the rebuilt temple after their return from BABYLON, as evidenced by the continuing sacrifices for sin. There are no longer any sacrifices for sin. That would deny Christ and His Gospel.
