Evelyn Farkas Diggz – Did Someone Leak Crossfire Hurricane
Oct 28 2016 at the Warsaw Security Forum, Farkas made the Russian Collusion statement,
"…if Donald Trump is elected President he is likely to be impeached pretty quickly or somebody else would have to take over government. And I'm not even joking."

Her congressional hearing transcript dealt with March 2017 msnbc Russian Collusion statements. She claimed those comments and for Obama people to save documents were based on media coverage in December. Farkas repeatedly emphasized December during questioning. The October statement was not brought up in the hearing.
So what was the basis for the statement on October 28, 2016? Crossfire Hurricane investigation began late July so it may be somebody knowledgeable of the illegal surveillance and set-up of General Flynn leaked an investigation was ongoing.
Farkas left her DoD Deputy Assistant position over NATO troop policy disagreement. She felt more troops in eastern Europe was needed following the Crimea annexation and Russia-Ukraine conflict. She worked for Atlantic Council with trips to Ukraine and Poland in 2016. Names requesting “unmasking” provide clues to a potential leak and collusion by the DNC.

Of the USNATO names, #28 Tamir Waser and # 25 Scott Parrish stood out. And why would USNATO diplomats in Brussels be requesting unmasking? So far found no evidence of either at the Warsaw Security Summit 2016 (assuming the investigation/DNC collusion was leaked among associates).
Waser seems most likely. Both held comparable positions between State and DoD foreign service and views on NATO. Waser was assigned to Bosnia prior to Brussels; Farkas worked as human rights observer in Bosnia in 96-97. Based on the job description available, Waser may have represented USNATO at the Warsaw Security Forum 2016. Another similarity is Waser received a MSc from the National War College. Farkas had been an associate professor at the USMC War College.

Scott Parrish is a plausible associate of Farkas. Scott Parrish and NATO searches indicate a journalist/historian specializing in NATO coverage. 96-97 indicated articles posted with RadioFreeEurope/LibertyRadio. 1998 article cite Scott Parrish with Center for Nonproliferation Studies. The limited background (if the same Scott Parrish) reads like a cover story for spook analyst.

Other names researched included #22 Earle Litzenberger, career foreign service. #19 Douglas Lute, career foreign service. #32 John Tefft, Ambassador to Russia till late 2017 and while Farkas was with DoD. None appeared a likely candidate as a possible DNC leaker based on the limited profile.
