The more this lawfag thinks about it the more I think that formal legal action should have been taken against Weissmann, Van Grack, the whole lot of them for conspiracy to deprive every one of POTUS' people, including POTUS himself of their civil rights under the Constitution. Now THAT would have been the basis for a motion to dismiss. Unless, that his, Sullivan has to call Van Grack to testify why he and his team "withdrew" from the case. If that happens and it appears that Sullivan is required to call them to testify, wouldn't that be a great place to cross-examine them on all their dirty deeds and have them make the case for malicious prosecution against themselves. It could get to the point that these rat fukkers panic and plead the 5th. But rest assured, [they] would love nothing more that the entire circus devolve into chaos with the entire rabid left screaming out "Constitutional Crisis".
