The reality is that all governors and mayors are supposed to have plans and systems in order and in place to address such an event as a natural disaster or bioweapon attack. They receive lots of government funds for this and are supposed to train regularly and keep staff updated and educated. People are gonna have to answer for this!

In case anyone wants to help me digg on this, the CF has huge money/ties to malaria treatments, what is being pushed for CoV19 treatment. This stuff goes way back.
