The tippy top perps can't be prosecuted until after the election. If not, the DS will spend the next four years demanding he be impeached because he did it to get even. AFTER the election, that's when Grassley steps back in as chair of the committee (see pics), when Graham is done investigating those under Hussein and they have been charged with their crimes. Hussein is being saved for Grassley, that's why Graham said he wouldn't do it. Grassley will call Hussein in to testify, and in that investigation,the evidence he is not a citizen will be presented. He will then be tried before a military tribunal as a FOREIGN enemy combatant.
