The IT contractors in some jobs have full admin rights. They leave no trace.

Intel computer access may have to go to a 2 person integrity route, like 2 missile crew officers having to turn their key simultaneously to launch strategic rockets.

Joe Scarborough was our Congressman at the time. We weren't living in Pensacola, we were renting our house out because of PCS orders to the West coast. But we kept in touch with friends and neighbors in Escambia and EVERYONE thought it was frickin weird at the time. Never ever bought the "official story". No one I knew back in Pensacola then did either.

This happened not too long after the whole Chandra Levy that year as well, and the Gary Conduit "rough sex" angle to it. It all seemed too coincidental.
