Re: Michigan gov rule against visiting vaca homes, cancelled a week or two ago.

Michiganders can now travel between residences, move into new homes under new order

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer's newest executive order signed Friday eases some restrictions previously placed on traveling between residences.

Michiganders can now visit other households under the following guidelines:

To care for a family member

To care for a family member's pet

To care for minors or dependents

To care for an elderly person or a person with disabilities

To visit an individual living in a healthcare facility

Gatherings in public and private places remain prohibited, as members of different households are not encouraged to interact in close proximity.

People are also permitted to travel to return to a residence from outside of Michigan or to leave the state for a residence in another place.

Under the order, Michiganders can now move into new homes and travel between two residences within the state. This includes vacation homes, however they are strongly discouraged from doing so by Whitmer.

However, residents cannot travel to vacation rentals or rent a short-term vacation property unless to provide housing for a health care professional who is contributing to coronavirus efforts, or a volunteer who is working in a similar capacity, according to the order.

This order comes as COVID-19 cases in the state have reached 36,641 as of Friday, with the state death toll reaching 3,085, according to data from the state health department.

I would since there's no order preventing people from doing it. Even tho she recommended they not do it. Or add the additional info. Seems kinda like click bait to me. Your call baker.
