Looks to me like Joe doesn’t want to be and knows he's in no shape to be president. That leaves the question of why he is running and then why he’s (intentionally?) making all these obvious gaffes? It’s possible that he’s derailing his own campaign to open the door to another D candidate, but I’ve thought all along that he was given a deal to save himself and his family from proper justice for all the corruptions we’ve already seen and more, and that he’s playing his role in the destruction of the cabal that even Joe knows needs to go.
