Lived here entire life and maybe 3x I have seen these buzz that low and fast heading to WRight Patt.
Normally they are hading North over my house to the Airshow held here.
These were heading to the Base.
I see them using flying C-130 to meet quto all the time. APAFB is not a Chinnok location.. Those are rare here in my 50'ish years.
