If one of the Biden/Obama pics was put on that background, Biden could say "We're losing the black vote" and Obama could say "Break out the watermelon." It actually sounds like it could be a realistic exchange too since Obama played black America effortlessly for 8 years. Most of them still don't know it.
Going forward, probably any R candidate would need to take around 20% of the overall minority vote. I would think 20% would easily take him across the finish line for 2020. Of course the percentage needed will just go up from here, sadly.
