CA will likely violate federal law on absentee ballots for service members overseas.

Will sevice members still have to submit an absentee ballot application and will the CA elections board make that clear to servicemembers? Or will use CA use the state residence or prior absentee address on record?

A duty station address can often change over the course of a year (schools, temp duty station, on base move, deployment, etc). Similar situation for college students.

Has CA kept voter registration rolls accurate and up to date, removing inaccurate details and prior addresses/names.

CA needs to prove they are in full compliance with registration laws under 52 USC Chapters 203 and 205. (don't believe they can or will)

President needs to issue an Executive Order to have states demonstrate they are in full compliance with federal voter registration laws under 52 USC.

Zero time to wate before the general elections.
