Yeah. I think Posse Comitatus deals with Law affecting Land. Any Maritime related Armed Forces Branch isn"t affected. Maybe SF is considered Maritime. Air/Space seems to be related to Maritime law in this regard.
Also adds a new perspective to the new Space Force.
