That's not when she arrived, it's when the cook at a restaurant in the strip arrived. She was already there when the cook rolled in at 5.
No evidence to prove anything, but I think her body was likely there all night. Which leads us back to her husband and why he didn't mention that she had either left crazy early (for an 8 am appointment?) or hadn't been home all night.
