I think that Clown blackops creates bitcoin so that criminals would use it for transactions thinking it was untrackable. In reality, the Clowns had stolen the secrets of the crypt weaknesses that the NSA knew, using Snowden's escapade as cover, and had created a server farm that could track back any transactions. The Clown blackops used this to find the criminals and make them an offer to join the NWO gang and pay vig to them. Many criminals agreed. A few did not and those are the Dark Web criminals that were in the news, being taken down by the FBI and brought to Justice by the DOJ.
In reality, of course, the Clown blackops criminal gang was just taking out the competition and making sure that all organized crime worldwide was paying vig to them, and taking orders from them. If there is a good way to create and use a cryptocurrency, I don't believe it has been developed yet. First the crime gangs need to be dismantled and the intel agencies cleaned up. Then only can cryptocurrency be assessed openly, and it will require very heavy scrutiny of all the crypto involved in it, and the implementation of the crypto code, and the deep internals of the chips that compute the crypto including the hidden microcode.
