Not sure about Jesuits, always hoped that they were the non deep state of catholic church.
If they had that much power administratively as people say, I am not sure they would be happy with always being behind the scenes, until now. The largest catholic order yet only now the 1st jesuit Pope shows me they were not deep state and perhaps the Globalists made sure to get a BAD jesuit Pope in there to smear them.
My father went to Georgetown Foreign Service but seemed to always be opposed to the career Gov people and people who amassed wealth in general, especially if they did not work hard.
