Before the china virus shutdown USA my friend in special forces was deployed

I just got word back from him -

He was informed by his commanding officer that UN troops are planning to be stationed inside Mexico border & inside Canada border ( why is unknown at this time US officials were not notified through proper channels )

The UN vehicles & equipment is being planned or has already been put in placed inside Mexico & Canada
