I was at Ontario Beach Park in Rochester, NY on May, 23rd, and just last weekend. A lot of people, no masks, no social distancing, and local law enforcement wasn't enforcing. States with conservative governors are being framed saying they opened too quickly. They are testing more in those states on purpose to manipulate to number of "confirmed cases."
