Regardless, of who or what it may be (and, btw conditions look pretty dry with maybe some morning dew on sidewalk in one pic), my only point that was lost, was that the nighttime CH pics are not taken closely together. Lots if people in one. Only one pedestrian (bicyclist?) near bike rack in another. Then a morning shot with people venturing out from the CH.
